I am writing this on a white background as I have gotten complaints that when people print them it takes too much ink. My question is who is printing them and what do they hope to blackmail me for? my toilet? see toilet artical.

Anyway yesterday my wife called me and said the van would not start, in fact it would not even turn over. She pulled the error codes but didn't know what they were. NOW THATS MY GIRL!!! how many people can say their wife can pull error code out of the vehicle. Mind you how many people need a wife who can pull the codes!
So after some phone diagnostics I had to go to town and rescue it.
I loaded the kids in the car and armed myself with a test light and a pair of pliers.
About half way to town I realized that I was seriously under tooled. What did I expect to do with a pair of pliers?
I got to town and quickly found the problem. The starter itself was toast. I had a pair of pliers.
So I did what any demented person would do. I had my wife hold the key to start and I beat the living tar out of the starter with the above mentioned pliers.
The engine slowly began to turn and it started. I jumped up and yelled "do not shut it off, Step away from the vehicle!"
I got it home and removed and disassembled the starter. 1 little, 2 little, 3 little brushes..... hmmm I thought there was 4.
$15 later and a brand new brush set was installed. Like life sometimes all the adventure is in getting there (or home, as the case may be).
